ULS Viewer for analyzing SharePoint 2010 log files.

As a SharePoint developer, I have to fix bugs, issues, exceptions, etc. in my custom  applications. Often, I have to check ULS logs files in 14 hive for information logged by SharePoint.

ULS Viewer is an application that can be used to analyze ULS log files. Though Microsoft does not support this application, it does recommend it to be used for analyzing the log files.

Download 32 bit or 64 bit version of the application from the below location:

Create SQL Scripts from Visio ER Diagram (Forward Engineering)

I had to create the database from a MS Visio ER Diagram. I knew about Reverse Engineering in Visio, so thought there must be a way to do so called Forward Engineering. But I was disappointed, as I could not find a way in Visio to do it (at least do it easily).

I found this tool on Codeplex, which works as a plugin in Visio. I installed it with Visio 2010 and it work perfectly for me.
